Job Description - Senior Consultant, User Task Management (for banking industry)

Position Overview:
Join a high-impact project focused on the implementation of a new core banking system across APAC branches. As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the User Task team within the Ops Dev division, responsible for end-to-end user task planning and execution activities essential to a successful system rollout.

Responsibilities:

Lead the User Task team in the Ops Dev unit
Manage user-side project activities for core banking system rollout in the APAC region
Support project management efforts tied to core banking transformation
Plan and execute key user tasks, including Data migration, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), User training, Procedure creation and Business rehearsal

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a banking consulting firm or working in a bank or Delivering services to banks as an external vendor.
Hands-on experience in system implementation for banking
Strong background in user-side project execution, especially for large-scale projects.
Proven track record in user task planning, including Migration, BCP, Training, Procedure creation, Business rehearsal.
Professional mindset with a high level of responsibility.
Experience in package system implementation to banking using tools/products such as Oracle, Finastra, CGI, etc are a plus.
