About the Role We are seeking a Senior FX Business Analyst to support the enhancement of our front-office trading platforms. You will work closely with traders, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver requirements that improve pricing, execution, and order-management workflows. Your work will directly influence real-time trading performance and platform quality.

Responsibilities
Gather, clarify, and document requirements for FX trading workflows.
Work closely with Product Owners to review and refine BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
Translate trading desk needs into clear system behaviours, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams across regions.
Conduct initial functional testing before QA validation.
Support enhancements to FX order-management and trade lifecycle processes.
Bridge communication between front-office stakeholders and development teams.
Must-Have Skills:
5 - 10 years of BA experience in front-office FX trading environments .
FX knowledge: swaps, forwards, RFQ workflows, execution flows.
Experience with FX order-management systems .
Solid understanding of FIX protocol .
Strong requirement-gathering , problem-solving, and workflow-design skills.
Strong stakeholder management with front-office groups.
Able to operate under pressure and shifting priorities.
Clear communicator who can simplify complex issues.
Self-motivated and effective in globally distributed teams.
Proven track record of delivering outcomes in fast-paced environments.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in technology-focused teams.
Former trader or trading support background.
