Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide advanced IT support across applications, hardware, mobile devices, servers, AV, and networks.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, server, and connectivity issues within SLA.
Administer enterprise systems such as Microsoft SCCM, Active Directory, and related tools.
Manage phone systems and communication platforms.
Ensure smooth daily IT operations by prioritizing and handling multiple tasks.
Contribute to IT projects, process improvements, and keep updated on emerging technologies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
At least 6 years' experience in IT support with strong knowledge across infrastructure, applications, and networks.
Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Group Policy, Active Directory, SCCM, virtualization technologies, and network/security tools (Cisco, Fortinet).
Experience contributing to IT infrastructure or building projects will be an advantage.
Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure.
Strong communication skills & experience to liaise with regional teams.
