Job Description Job Description: The GR Anti Money Laundering (AML) Ops - Source of Wealth Manager is responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis to accurately document the source of wealth for high-risk customers, ensuring compliance with AML regulations and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth research using internal and external sources to identify and verify legitimate source of wealth.
- Analyze complex financial information, business structures, and legal documents.
- Prepare comprehensive SOW reports adhering to quality standards.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Compliance Officers, and stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate potential red flags or suspicious activity.
- Maintain proper documentation in accordance with policies.
- Stay updated on AML regulations and best practices.
- Participate in continuous professional development.
- Contribute to process improvements.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2-4 years AML / financial crime experience.
- Strong understanding of AML, CDD, and EDD regulations.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in research tools and MS Excel.
- CAMS or equivalent certification is a plus.
