Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Provide daily operational support on CPFIS/SRS products for corporate action events
Ensure processing timeliness and accuracy meet agreed SLA consistently
Ensure adherence and compliance to regulatory and internal control requirements
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to review processes and identify opportunity to streamline the operational workflow and improve overall efficiency
Tracking and capturing of key operations MIS for management report
Collaborate closely with various functions to review queries, complaints, operational problems to ensure they are resolved promptly and satisfactorily
Support business plans and adhoc duties assigned by the Head of Department
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in Corporate Actions processing
Knowledgeable with investment products (e.g., equity, fixed income, unit trust)
Familiar with various mandatory / voluntary corporate action events across asset classes
Good interpersonal skills
Organised and proactively provide suggestions for processing improvements
Able to work independently and in a team
Quick learner and able to multi-task
Good written and verbal communication skills
Detailed-oriented with good risk awareness
