Take on a leadership role as a ServiceNow Developer (Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer), where you will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimizing ServiceNow to meet complex business needs. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will drive team performance, manage release cycles, and contribute to critical architectural decisions across multiple cross-functional teams.

  • Technical Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert, managing team performance and taking responsibility for key technical and strategic decisions.

  • Application Engineering: Configure and support ServiceNow applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure long-term system stability.

  • Solution Design: Utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to build innovative solutions that align with business needs while preserving system compatibility and performance.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead meetings with various teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and enterprise-wide solutions.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure high quality, reliability, and an enhanced user experience.

  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.

  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and implement industry best practices in application development and support to drive system performance.



skills and experience required

  • Technical Mastery: Master proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) is mandatory.

  • Functional Expertise: Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow application integration and packaged development estimating.

  • Testing & Platforms: Strong experience in SaaS testing methodologies and a deep understanding of diverse software platforms.

  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to provide complex problem-solving solutions for both immediate and cross-functional teams.

  • Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to contribute to key organizational decisions.

  • Project Governance: Experience in managing software release cycles and maintaining system performance in a SaaS environment.
