My client is a leading global consultancy. We are looking for a ServiceNow Engineer to support them on an urgent project with a public sector client on a 12-month contract.

Requirements

4-6 years of ServiceNow development experience, particularly in Customer Service Management (CSM) module implementation and customization.
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript), Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and App Engine Studio.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth/SAML authentication, and data parsing in JSON/XML.
Hands-on experience in building custom workflows, automation with Flow Designer/Integration Hub, and App Engine applications for process optimization.
Solid understanding of ServiceNow security model, role-based access control, governance, and compliance with government or public sector standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills, with ability to translate business requirements into technical CSM solutions.
ServiceNow certifications are an advantage

As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working within the next month in Singapore without sponsorship.
