SG Client Relationship Manager (8 months contract)

Your new role

• Manage client relationships across the lifecycle, including pitches, onboarding, portfolio reviews, and daily queries.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and collaboration across all seniority levels.
• Take ownership of client matters, ensuring timely cross-functional execution and issue resolution.
• Lead and manage client events (onboarding, transitions, terminations) in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support AML, KYC, and regulatory reviews in partnership with Compliance, Financial Crimes, and CRM Governance.
• Contribute to client-facing projects, regulatory changes, and communications.
• Drive and implement global best practices across the client service organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing client relationships in investment management or related financial services.
• Experience supporting both Institutional and Intermediary clients.
• Ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders across all levels, regions, and cultures.
• Strong product knowledge across multiple asset classes and investment vehicles.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and their application to client relationships.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to support effective communication with internal teams in Mainland China.
