The Role
As a Software Engineer , you'll be at the forefront of designing and delivering AI-powered solutions that transform how teams work. You'll collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to create agentic workflows and the building blocks that make them possible.

What You'll Do

• Build, test, and deploy end-to-end experiences (chat and web) for product understanding, leveraging our product knowledge repository and catalog.
• Architect and scale our product knowledge repository and catalog for performance and reliability.
• Develop intelligent agents that use resources and tools to provide expert-level insights into product rollout status and performance.

What We're Looking For

• Strong coding skills in Python, Go, and React .
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and agent development .
• Familiarity with ML ecosystems (platforms, libraries, frameworks) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
