Job Description - Solution Architect (ServiceNow) - 12 months contract

My client is a leading global consultancy. We are looking for a Solution Architect to support them on public sector project on a 12-month contract.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of technical experience as an architect for ServiceNow platform
Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions with multiple integrations and large-scale enterprise migrations.
Expertise in ServiceNow modules (e.g. CSM, ITSM Pro, ITOM Pro, GRC, IRM, CMDB) and agile delivery using ServiceNow Sprints.
Strong technical skills in scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML), and solution architecture across cloud and on-premises environments, including Microsoft Azure.
Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Orchestration, automation tools, and workflow integration using Automation Engine, Integration Hub, or RPA platforms.
Ability to design advanced solutions including GenAI Now Assist, Performance Analytics Dashboards, and complex automation workflows.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and mentoring skills for guiding architects and technical teams in enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working in Singapore without sponsorship.
