Job Description - Strategic Partnership Manager

Support Partner Managers to develop and execute GTM plans with prioritized partners to drive adoption and growth
Drive disciplined business planning and execution tracking
Provide ongoing partner education and enablement

Introduction to the role:
Our client is looking for someone who is execution-oriented, to enable partners, drive go-to-market outcomes, manage escalations, and translate partner/market insights into internal actions.

Responsibilities:

Support Partner Managers to develop and execute GTM plans with prioritized partners to drive adoption and growth
Drive disciplined business planning and execution tracking
Provide ongoing partner education and enablement
Facilitate partner onboarding and integration readiness
Support ecosystem growth expansion by identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new partners (as needed), with focus on scalable impact.
Map ecosystem dynamics and identify opportunities/trends relevant to commerce and messaging partners

Requirements:

Business Mandarin & Japanese is required as you'll be speaking directly with Clients who are from ecommerce clients and are based both in China & Japan.
Partnerships / BD / Partner Management experience in technology ecosystems
Strong capability in GTM execution, partner enablement, and operational rigor
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, derive insights, and use them to guide decisions and partner actions
Proven cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to drive resolution through influence
High autonomy, strong organization, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment
