System Support Engineer (1 Year Contract)

About the Company

Our client is a leading provider of document solutions and digital imaging services, specializing in secure document management, archiving, and workflow processing. You will provide Tier 2 technical support for complex technical issues, escalations, and equipment installations, ensuring consistent, high-quality customer support.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated technical issues, troubleshoot software, network, connectivity, and system-related problems, and document solutions for knowledge sharing.
• Perform on-site equipment installations, configure system settings, and verify functionality before handover to end users.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot related software and hardware systems, including updates and routine health checks.
• Perform system calibration, diagnose quality-related issues, and ensure consistent output through regular checks and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years in a technical support or field engineering role
• Hands-on experience in equipment installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of networking, authentication, and directory services, including TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP, and Active Directory
• Experience with system configuration, software troubleshooting, and maintenance is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-facing communication skills
