My client is a leading global consultancy. We are looking for a Solution Architect to support them on public sector project for the next 12 months.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a Tech Business Analyst, ideally within a technology or systems-driven environment.
Strong understanding of data flows, backend processes, and proficiency with SQL querying.
Ability to break down complex systems into clear user journeys, operational steps, and risk assessments.
Practical understanding of how databases, APIs, and system architecture integrate to support end-to-end user journeys.
Detail-oriented, structured, and accountable, with strong documentation and follow-through skills.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, product, policy, and frontline teams, demonstrating collaboration and ownership.
Good to have knowledge with SFTP and API integration concepts, experience with internal tools, and exposure to data governance, digital identity, or public-sector systems.

As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working in Singapore without sponsorship.
