Treasury Operations ( Contract )

The Treasury Ops role requires the individual to manage critical post-trade activities for corporate and institutional clients, including settlement, transaction management, and risk control. Based in the Singapore office, the Treasury Ops team oversees cash flow, treasury instruments, and bank operations, often with roles involved in FX, money markets, and FX swaps.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure that all transactions are processed, settled and recorded promptly and efficiently and in accordance with the Bank’s and Management guidelines.
2. Closely monitor and resolve operations and settlement risks identified
3. Participate in ad-hoc management projects and systems enhancements
4. Liaise with Front Office, Investment and Risk Department to ensure smooth and efficient flow of transaction processing and prompt follow up on any discrepancies
5. Identify exceptions and discrepancies and submit for management approval
6. Participate in improvement of department work process

Requirements

1. Experience in treasury products and treasury derivatives
2. Investment banking, private banking or local bank experience
3. Able to commit to 1 year (12 months) contract, direct hire by bank
