Job Description - UAT and Business Analyst Support, AML Filtering System (for banking system)

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary tester for Firco system tools, including FMM and FML, using FLV, supporting rules and sanctions list management at the Regional Head Office level.
Work closely with the Regional IT Project Manager to provide regular progress updates and highlight issues or risks.
Collaborate with the Compliance department to plan, execute, and evaluate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Prepare test activities, including test data setup and registration of rules and sanction lists within Firco tools.
Execute and re‑execute test cases, validating test results to ensure system accuracy and compliance requirements are met.
Evaluate testing outcomes and prepare consolidated test summaries and reports.
Support Business Analysts within the Compliance team by contributing insights and assisting with requirement‑related activities.
Lead discussions and facilitate meetings with branches and Head Office stakeholders to align on operational flows and new system functionalities.
Act as a key communication point between IT, Compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and understanding.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
Proven experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and provide clear, concise explanations to stakeholders.
Strong documentation skills, including preparation of materials using PowerPoint and Excel.
Project and task progress management skills, with the ability to track and report status effectively.
Experience in conducting training sessions and the ability to guide or teach others is preferred.
Prior working experience in a banking or financial services environment is a plus.
Experience coordinating or working with Japanese companies or stakeholders is a plus.
Hands‑on experience with Firco systems, particularly Utility tools, is a plus.
