Position: Temporary Underwriting Support Officer (Financial Lines)

Location: Shenton Way, Singapore (4 days onsite, 1 day work from home)

Contract Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension based on performance

About the Role

As a Temporary Underwriting Support Officer, you will assist with analyzing accounts, reviewing insurance contracts, and preparing documentation to support underwriting activities. You will work closely with underwriters and other teams to ensure smooth processing of insurance policies and related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze loss ratios and review insurance accounts.
• Review insurance contracts and prepare instructions for policy issuance.
• Assist underwriters with daily tasks such as documentation, billing, endorsements, and renewal follow-ups.
• Support the team in maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely processing.

What We're Looking For

• Enthusiastic and eager to develop a career in the insurance industry.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and strong written and verbal English skills.
• Proactive, able to take initiative, and work well in a team.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Prior experience in insurance is a plus but not mandatory.
