The Job:

• Responsible for ensuring smooth daily office operations
• Supporting administrative activities, and maintaining an efficient and well-organized workplace environment
• Provides logistical, administrative, and coordination support to employees, management, and vendors
• Manage general office maintenance including monthly cleaning, air‑conditioning servicing, carpet shampooing, and upkeep of office infrastructure
• Input and verify invoices in the Accounts Payable (AP) system, including correct cost allocation
• Process staff expense claims in accordance with company policy
• Procurement & Vendor Management
