Accounts cum Admin Assistant

Salary: $2,400 - $3,000

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and process project invoices.
• Handle project progress claims and payment tracking.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and payment-related enquiries.
• Maintain accounting records and proper documentation.
• Prepare monthly accounting reports.
• Process transport and medical claims.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and year-end closing activities.
• Support audit preparation and documentation.
• Perform general administrative duties and filing.

Requirements

• Basic in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Detail-oriented with good accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and a team player.
