Full Set Accounts cum Admin

Salary: $3,500 - $4,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 6.00pm

Location: Eunos

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, General Ledger, and bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and customer billings
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents
• Assist with GST submission and year-end audit preparation
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external parties on finance matters
• Monitor cash flow and outstanding receivables
• Process monthly payroll, attendance, leave, and overtime records
• Calculate payroll-related payments, deductions, and allowances
• Support purchasing activities, including sourcing, quotations, Purchase Orders, and supplier coordination
• Maintain accounting, payroll, purchasing, and administrative records
• Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting and administrative experience
• Experience handling full set of accounts is required
• Knowledge of payroll processing, attendance tracking, and overtime calculations
• Experience in purchasing and supplier coordination is an advantage
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage
