6 Months Contract

• Review of application documents for processing of portfolio account opening and closure 
• Request for opening/closure of safekeeping and CDP accounts with the custodian
• Liaison with Front Office/Compliance/BCCO/Middle Office on client account related matters 
• Perform mark-to-market pricing of securities to ensure fair value of assets and portfolio
• Creation and maintenance of client static data to support the front office/product team/CDU
• Perform  maintenance of client static data in BWCIF and upload of client specimen signature in SVS via ODIS Team
• Daily review of maintenance reports from Report Hub for client static updates/changes
• Daily review of reports on stale prices and price variances on securities
• Daily enrichment of Structured Notes and Equity & FX accumulator/decumulator assets
• Adhoc creation/maintenance of equity, bonds and fund assets in the system
• Adhoc creation and maintenance of transactional counterparty, issuer and custodian containers
• Scanning of client documents in ECM-Portal for archival in the bank’s Document portal
• Work with Data & Records Management vendor on physical storage of client and transaction documents

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Banking & Finance, Business or Accountancy with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in the wealth management industry.
• Prior static data maintenance and/or corporate action experience an advantage.
• Strong understanding of different corporate action events and relevant SWIFT messages
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
