6 months Contract Accounts / Finance Executive (Up to $3200) #HCG

Responsibilities

• Process and record Accounts Payable (AP) invoices accurately using Coupa and SAP.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end closing activities for Accounts Payable.
• Follow up on withholding tax and related documentation.
• Assist with year-end closing and audit exercises.
• Handle enquiries related to Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), invoices, and approval workflows.
• Maintain exchange rates, vendor records, and bank details in SAP and Coupa.
• Review supplier onboarding and banking forms.
• Prepare reports and support process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant Accounts Payable or finance experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with Coupa, Compass, and SAP ECC/HANA is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
