6 months Finance Operations Executive (Up to $5200) #HJOT

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and issue tenant invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Record vendor invoices and process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely.
• Prepare journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and finance reports.
• Assist in GST filing, income tax matters, budgeting, and financial reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with finance-related projects and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or General Ledger functions is preferred.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
