Description

Tax Compliance

• Perform and coordinate all aspects of tax compliance, ensuring accurate and timely preparation, review and submission of all tax returns and transfer pricing reports, and timely payment of taxes in Singapore and other jurisdictions as required.

Tax Reporting and Controls

• Ensure accuracy of tax provisions (including Pillar Two minimum taxes) for specified Group entities in Singapore and other jurisdictions as required at monthly, quarterly and semi-annual financial reporting cycles.

Tax Advisor Liaison

• Liaise with tax advisors to ensure compliance with tax filing requirements and delivery of tax advisor assignments on agreed timelines, quality level and fees.

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Assist to prepare and maintain tax budget and forecast information for both tax provisioning and tax cash flows.

• Determine and inform the tax team of tax impacts from changes to forecasts and business scenarios as required.

Tax Strategy and Research

• Identify changes in tax regulations impacting the above responsibility areas and assist Head of Tax to summarise changes and responses in the form of tax information and recommendations to Senior Management.

Ad-hoc assignments

• As and when assigned by Head of Tax and other tax team members, including supporting Tax team members on information collection for parent company and other requests, coordination of activities, and providing advice and support to other functions.
