Job Description - AB03 - Sales Account Manager

Full Title : Account Manager - Sales

Account Manager - Sales

Location: 190 Middle Rd, Fortune Centre, Singapore 188979 (Bugis)

Working days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)

Working time: 9.00 to 6.00 pm

Salary: $3200 to $4000 + COMMISSION

Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with corporate clients to identify their training needs. You will play a key role in building relationships, developing training proposals, and driving sales for both public and customized courses. Experience in organizing and promoting public courses across various categories will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Looking for new clients, building an effective pipeline and identify opportunities that are profitable.
  • Develop and maintain relationships within assigned client segment to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention levels.
  • Identify, prioritize, and resolve client issues/concerns; coordinate with appropriate internal departments to provide responses and solutions.
  • Advise and recommend relevant IT & business certifications to working industry professionals & companies.
  • Provide management with weekly reporting on sales targets.
  • Achieve business objectives and sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (trainers, operations, and marketing) to ensure successful course execution.
  • Research market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging training needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and networking sessions to generate leads and build the company’s presence in the market.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the training, education, or professional development sector.
  • Minimum Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sales Account Manager.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems, and other sales management tools.
