Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm or 8.30am – 5.30pm.
Location: NTU, 61 Nanyang Drive
Salary: $3,200-$4,500 (Good experiences candidate can try $5000)
Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office and 2 days work-from-home) available upon confirmation, subject to performance and management approval.
Support the company's accounting and taxation functions and ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
Assist with financial and management reporting, including variance analysis between actual figures and budgets.
Assist in budget preparation and periodic forecasting.
Handle company tax, GST, and withholding tax reporting.
Manage core accounting functions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Implement and review financial policies and procedures.
Support ERP system management, digitalization initiatives, and system migration exercises.
Manage and track grant funding opportunities.
Handle corporate, legal, and secretarial matters.
Assist the Managing Director and Group Head in evaluating new business opportunities and conducting financial due diligence for acquisitions.
Liaise with the holding company in Germany, external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and operational stakeholders.
Perform ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned.
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, or CPA qualification.
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience. Candidates with at least 3 years of relevant experience and a stable employment history (minimum 3 consecutive years with one company) may also be considered.
Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance requirements.
Experience in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, and digitalization initiatives.
Experience with Microsoft NAV and Microsoft Business Central. Prior involvement in Microsoft NAV migration projects is an advantage.
Familiarity with grant management, corporate secretarial matters, and financial due diligence is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
