Account and Admin Staff (Japanese Speaking)

Job Description:

• Handle office accounting and bookkeeping operations, including reporting and coordination with the Tokyo headquarters (main responsibility)
• Arrange overseas business trips (Once every 1 to 2 months), including coordination with travel agencies in Singapore, local hotels, and partner organizations/companies
• Support Japanese translation of reports related to international conferences and meetings (approximately 2–3 times per year)
• Distribute email newsletters and other announcements to stakeholders in Japan on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Business level in Japanese (JLPT N1 level) is required to liaise with Japanese speaking counterparts in Japan HQ, and to translate document (Mainly English to Japanese）
• Minimum 3 years of basic accounting experience
• MS Office Skill
• Able to work collaboratively with other team members in a small organization environment
