Premier Fresh Mart Pte Ltd is a fast-growing fruit distributor established in 2021. We’re passionate about bringing fresh, quality fruits to our customers and we are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & HR Executive to support both finance and human resource functions.
Working Hours:
Mon–Fri: 10am – 7pm
Sat: 10am - 2pm (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts (AR & AP)
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations
Monitor incoming payments from customers and follow up on outstanding balances
Issue Statements of Accounts (SOA) when credit terms are due
Perform reconciliation upon receipt of payments
Process and key in incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Ensure timely payment of invoices and verify payment status in the system
Handle petty cash tracking and calculations
Maintain proper filing of invoices and supporting documents
Human Resources (HR)
Assist with payroll administration, including overtime (OT) calculation
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
Track employee leave and attendance records
Handle work permit applications and related matters
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and best practices
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of accounting (AR & AP) and HR functions
Familiarity with Infotech system and MOM portal is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
