Job description

1) Responsible for A/P duties, including

a. Generating payment voucher

b. Check & input A/P invoices

c. Preparing A/P cheques for payment

2) Responsible for A/R duties, including

a. A/R data input for cashbook transaction

b. Check A/R entry accurancies for non cashbook transaction

3) Perform bank reconciliation

4) Prepare & generate month end accounting statement

5) Proper filing of accounting documents

6) Retrieval of accounting documents for financial year end reporting

7) General admin duties

a. Generate notifications to customers

Skill required

• Basic MS Excel knowledge
• Autocount accounting software (bonus)
• Able to converse in Mandarin & English
• Able to write basic Chinese & English

Character

• Matured & able to work independently.

Working hour 8am – 5pm, 4.5 weekdays & 1 Saturday.

Probation period 3 months

Starting pay $1800, with salary increment up to $200 after probation. Additional salary of $100 with relevant industry experience
