Job Summary

Provide essential support to the Finance Department by managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining financial records, assisting with petty cash, and supporting monthly account closing activities.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate financial transactions
• Maintain and update records of receipts and payments to keep financial data current
• Assist in disbursing petty cash claims to support daily operational expenses
• Track and file payment vouchers to ensure organized financial documentation
• Support monthly account closing activities to facilitate timely financial reporting
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor to support department functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum "O" Level qualification; Certificate/Nitec in Finance or Accounting is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting-related roles to effectively handle financial tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP accounting software to manage financial data efficiently
