About the role

We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Loyang East Region. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial operations and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions

• Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records

• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements

• Providing administrative support to the Accounting team

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information

• Adhering to all relevant accounting policies, procedures, and regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounts assistant or similar role

• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills

• Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
