Position: Accounts Assistant
Location: 7 Chin Bee Avenue
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records and record daily transactions.
• Invoice Management: Prepare and send invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and follow up on overdue payments.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with financial records and correct discrepancies.
• Payroll Support: Assist in payroll preparation and processing, and handle payroll queries.
• Expense Management: Process expense claims and monitor company expenses, suggesting cost-saving measures.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and support financial audits.
• Data Entry: Enter financial data accurately and maintain organized filing systems.
• Support to Senior Account Executive: Provide administrative support and assist with budgeting and forecasting.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma/degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a similar role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero). Knowledge of AutoCount Accounting Software is a plus.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Salary : $2,200 to $2,600 per month
