Job Description:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, billing, and collections.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Handle payroll processing and employee expense claims.
• Assist in preparing and filing tax returns and compliance documents.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to financial transactions.
• Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and office organization.
• Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks for events and projects.
• Assist in coordinating staff scheduling and deployment for events.

Requirements:

• Min 1 years of working experience in account and administrative roles.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
