Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Printing
• Position Title: Account cum HR Executive
• Working Location: Upper Thomson
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Thu: 9am - 6:30pm; Fri 9am - 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Manager with daily accounting entries and monthly closing.
• Handle HR and administrative duties, including meeting coordination, company activities, office maintenance, recruitment, and new employee orientation.
• Manage monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21 tax clearance, IR8A reporting, and insurance matters.
• Handle HR administration, including employee filing, leave records, work pass applications, staff exits, staff handbook updates, and company SOP updates.
• Manage company facilities and assets.
• Submit government-related surveys, statistics, and grant applications.
• Submit claims for government grants.
• Shortlist candidates and arrange interviews.
• Update leave records and attendance.
• Monitor insurance coverage for the office and warehouse premises.
• Support ad-hoc projects when required.

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
• Knowledge of Navision accounting software will be an advantage.
