Job Description - account exec

  • We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing accounts using Autocount/Xero software, have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, and be effective in a multilingual work environment. This is a full-time position with a 5.5-day work week (Monday to Saturday).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain full sets of accounts.
  • Prepare, verify, and submit e-invoices via the government portal.
  • Perform daily data entry, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations.
  • Generate monthly financial reports and schedules.
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with standard accounting principles.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on accounting experience.
  • Proficient in Autocount/Xero accounting software.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (both verbal and written) – mandatory.
  • Experience with e-invoice submission is a strong advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, independent, and able to meet deadlines.

Willing to work on a 5.5 day week schedule (Monday to Saturday).
