Working days & hours - Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 6:30pm

Job Description

• Assist in accounts receivable & accounts payables functions.
• Reconcile with general ledger control figures.
• Prepare Journals, entries, closing monthly reporting.
• Assist in generating and analyzing financial reports.
• Preparation of Tax Documentation.
• Responsible for filing and timely processing of accounting entries.
• Processing of payments to suppliers - local & overseas including taxes and other statutory payments.
• Prepare and submit tax return / GST return.
• Check bank balances and prepare cash position reports.
• Provide accounting and admin support.

Requirements (Local/PR/LTVP Only)

• At least Diploma or Degree in Business Management & Finance / Accounting or equivalent.
• Two to three years’ experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Manages time efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial analysis.
• Well Organized, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Positive, meticulous and result-oriented
