Account Executive
Prepare and provide invoices to customers through multiple channels (e.g. mail, e-mail etc.).
· Issue customer account statements.
· Perform AP/AR function.
· Answer and resolve any queries received from customers regarding billing.
· Send reminders, and contact customers for follow-up on payments.
· Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

Required Skill(s)·
. Candidate must possess minimum LCCI diploma;
· At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is preferred;
· Excellent time management and organization skills;
· Proficient in MS Office is a must;
· Proactive and mature working attitude;
· Ability to communicate with our customer/supplies.
