Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Follow up on sales inquiries and negotiate contracts to close deals.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and receipts accurately and promptly.
Follow up with customers on quotations, invoices, and outstanding payments.
Handle day-to-day administrative duties and ensure smooth office operations.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Perform data entry and maintain proper filing and documentation.
Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly accounting reports.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments on administrative and accounting matters.
Support payroll preparation, staff claims, and leave records.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and general office matters.
Assist management with ad-hoc duties as assigned
