ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

📢 HIRING: Full Set Accountant

💰 Salary: SGD $3,500 – $4,000
📍 Location: Bukit Batok MRT (NS2)
🕗 Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday
• 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
📅 Off Days: 8 days per month

About the Company

A well-established Singapore company specializing in packaging materials and food packaging machinery.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts independently.

• Manage auto-counting accounting system and perform system backups.

• Verify invoices and delivery orders for accuracy.

• Update and reconcile bank accounts.

• Manage petty cash and cash receipts.

• Update inventory records and perform inventory aging analysis.

• Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and overdue outstanding payments.

• Prepare customer delivery orders, invoices, settlements, and accounting reports.

• Process Accounts Payable (AP), supplier invoices, and payments.

• Reconcile purchase deposits and customer deposits.

• Maintain fixed asset register.

• Conduct stock take and inventory reconciliation.

• Review outstanding sales and purchase orders.

• Prepare and submit GST returns.

• Prepare sales commission reports.

• Analyze and review financial reports.

• Handle corporate secretarial matters and annual statutory filings.

• Assist with corporate tax matters and audits.

Requirements

• Must have solid experience in handling a full set of accounts independently.

• Candidates without full-set accounting experience will not be considered.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
