To perform day-to-day accounting operations and ensureaccurate financial reporting for the company’s construction projects. The rolesupports financial control, project cost monitoring, and compliance withstatutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. . GeneralAccounting
· Handlefull sets of accounts (AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation).
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in accordance with companypolicies.
· Preparemonthly, quarterly, and year-end closing reports.
· Processjournal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
2. Accounts Receivable(AR)
· Preparecustomer invoices and follow up on payments.
· Monitoraging reports and ensure timely collection.
3. Banking and Cash Management
· Performbank reconciliations and petty cash management.
· Assistin cash flow forecasting and fund management.
4. Audit, Taxation& Compliance
· Assistin annual audit, tax submissions/ GST refund, and government reporting (GST,IRAS, etc.).
· Ensurecompliance with accounting standards and company internal controls.
5. Administrative Support
· Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
· Support ad-hoc duties assigned by management or finance department
Requirements
· Diplomaor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification
· Minimum 2–4years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or engineeringindustry
· Proficientin accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
· Good understanding of Singaporeaccounting and tax regulations.
· Meticulous,organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
