Account Executive- AR

Job Summary:

The Account Executive -AR in the Finance Department is responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the CFO in financial reporting, analysis, and account management related to all Account Executive- AR. This role involves coordinating with internal team and handling client inquiry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven, with strong communication and financial management skills.

Job Responsibilities

·       Issue invoices and credit notes to customers

·       Monitor customer accounts and aging reports

·       Follow up on outstanding payments and collections

·       Reconcile customer statements and resolve discrepancies

·       Record incoming payments accurately in the accounting system

·       Liaise with internal departments and customers regarding billing matters

·       Prepare AR reports and support month-end closing

·       Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices and payment records

·       Assist with audit and finance-related duties when required

·       Maintain accurate financial records and statements in accordance with company standards.

Job Requirements

• Academic in Accounting related field.
• Relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or accounting functions preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
