Responsibilities
• Handle partial accounts and finance functions in accordance to statutory requirements, company policies and procedures • Prepare monthly journals, management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations • Run day-to-day operations related to accounts payable and/or receivable • Responsible for monthly and year-end closing • Prepare GL journal entries and bank reconciliation • Manage day-to-day accounts payable & receivable functions • Prepare management reports • Prepare monthly payroll preparation, submission of CPF and yearly IR8A (training will be provided if no experience in HR) • Handle petty cash reimbursements & expenses claim • Assist in any other work as may be assigned.
Requirements
• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent • Able to work independently in meeting deadlines, meticulous and a good team player • Preferably able to start work immediately
