Account Executive (WEST)

Responsibilities;

• Responsible for maintaining complete accounting records, including Accounts Payable & Receivable processes, General Ledger management, account and bank reconciliations, and fixed assets management.

• File quarterly GST returns in a timely manner.

• Report to the Manager and collaborate closely with various department stakeholders on projects and other initiatives.

• Manage inventory, including costing and conducting month-end reconciliations.

• Perform month-end closing procedures and reconcile accounts for financial reporting purposes.

• Provide backup support to assist with other functions within the accounting team as needed.

• Fulfill any additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor as required.

• Coordinate with bankers, external auditors, and the company secretary to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Process employee claims by verifying applications and receipts.

• Undertake any other tasks delegated by the Accounting and Finance Manager.
