Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships. This role involves understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

Job Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Prepare and present reports on account status, including performance metrics and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with the sales team to onboard new clients and manage the transition smoothly.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide relevant insights to clients.
• Assist in the development and implementation of account management strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.

The monthly salary ranges from $3,000 to $6,000. Candidates must have 'A' Level, diploma, or degree qualifications.
