Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Investment Firm
• Position Title: Accountant
• Working Location: Changi (Near Expo MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (9.00am to 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare month-end closing and financial reports accurately and on time.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and external service providers.
• Prepare GST/tax submissions and support compliance matters.
• Perform accurate data entry and finance-related reporting.
• Support budgeting and other ad-hoc finance duties when required.

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of full-set accounting and accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
• Experience in tax reporting and regulatory submissions is preferred.
• Experience in investment, financial services, or private equity is an advantage.
