Accountant

Reporting to the Head of Finance, with full responsibility over the spectrum of financial management functions but specialising in GL while ensuring compliance to statutory reporting requirements.

You will assist with:

• Preparation of yearly budget with costs analysis and liaise with HODs for budget submission

• Year-End audit and tax matters

• Preparation of Audited Financial Statements for 2 entities in accordance with FRS

• Preparation and consolidation of lease contacts for FRS116 workings

• Preparation and submission of quarterly GST reports

• Manage Fixed Asset Register

• Monthly Sales Incentive calculation based on Balance Scorecard scorings

• Preparation and posting of journal entries for month-end closing to meet tight reporting deadline

• Month-end cost analysis and variance analysis

You have an established track record in meeting deadlines and taking initiatives to improve processes and policies. A team player and hands on individual, you possess maturity and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are highly dynamic and resilient with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Meticulous and keen eye for details; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications include:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in full sets of accounts, preferably in a F&B industry

• Excellent knowledge of related Singapore regulatory reporting requirements
