Job Summary

Admin duties supporting construction projects, leading and monitoring worker schedules, and assisting colleagues to ensure smooth daily office operations. Account tasks include QuickBook entry, bookkeeping, and proper filing of receipts and invoices, Full Set account, bank reconciliation. basically from admin to HR to accounting all in one.

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping and data entry to maintain accurate financial records and support office operations
• Manage phone communications to facilitate effective internal and external coordination
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials
• Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval and auditing of documents
• Lead workers to follow daily schedules and monitor punctuality to maintain project timelines
• Prioritize assigned tasks to meet deadlines and support project progress
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and assist colleagues as needed
• Complete ad-hoc assignments promptly as directed by management
• Assist in filing daily invoices, receipts, and delivery orders for auditing purposes
• Assist with monthly payroll processing and reconcile payroll with attendance records
• Maintain full set accounts to ensure comprehensive financial tracking
• Perform bank reconciliations to verify financial accuracy

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in administrative roles within the construction field to improve task efficiency
• Proficiency in QuickBook for financial record management
• Knowledge of payroll processing
• Strong data entry skills
