Accountant

We are looking for an independent Accounts Executive to manage our full spectrum of accounting functions. You must be proficient in AutoCount and capable of handling end-to-end financial and basic HR tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Accounting: Manage full set accounts including AP, AR, and bank reconciliation.
• AP & Import: Process daily accounts payable and handle associated import documentation.
• Tax & Compliance: Prepare and submit GST returns and year-end closing.
• Payroll & HR: Process company payroll, prepare IR8A forms, and renew work permits.

Job Requirements

• System Knowledge: Must possess hands-on experience with the AutoCount system.
• Autonomy: Proven ability to handle a full set of accounts completely independently.
• HR Experience: Prior experience with work permit renewals is highly preferred.

Experience:

• Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
