Responsibilities

• Perform full set bookkeeping accurately to maintain up-to-date financial records for clients
• Prepare and reconcile accounting entries to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Support corporate secretarial tasks by preparing and organizing necessary documentation for client companies
• Manage deadlines effectively to ensure timely submission of statutory filings and internal reports
• Work independently to prioritize tasks and deliver accurate financial and secretarial support
• Maintain organized records to facilitate audit processes and client inquiries
