Accountant

RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope) :

• Handles Project Account Operation (AP, AR, GL, Petty Cash) daily ;
• Prepare the related accounting and audit schedules;
• Support cash management for assigned account;
• Assist in month end closing of the books for respective accounts and various reports;
• Assist JV accounting if assigned;
• Assist in Corporate Income Tax and liaise with tax agents on tax filing requirements;
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

REQUIREMENT:

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA with min 5 year’s relevant experience in Accounting or Audit
• Accounting experience in construction industry and /or real estate investment as advantage.

• Proficient in Excel and Advance Excel and some ERP experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting standards(IFRS and/or SFRS) and compliance. Japan GAAP is a plus.

• Independent, meticulous, hardworking, must possess positive working attitude and willing to learn, able to adapt well and willing to take on new challenge.
• Responsible, dedicated, positive minded and result-oriented
• Computer savvy, good command of Microsoft Office applications
