Job Description & Requirements

  • Handles several full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL & Reporting), including reconciliations and preparation of schedules
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
  • Assistin timely year end closing accounts.
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements and management accounts
  • Keying in data entries.Prepare and submit quarterly GST report
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company
  • Handle customers' queries via email &/or callsMonitor customer's accounts and filling deadline
  • Prepare tax schedules and simple income tax computations.

Job requirement:

  • Minimum 3 year experience in accounting roles
  • Basic Accounting knowledge, Minimum Diploma in Accounting /LCCI or equivalentProficient in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with all levels and positive work attitude
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills and positive working attitudeBilingual in English and Mandarin, can deal with chinese clients
